Handover is the section that matters most and is absent from almost every student proposal until it is required. A three year plan written by someone leaving in one year needs a named successor and a document they can follow.

The page has the proposal template, a costing frame, a monitoring plan and a handover section. Proposals that pass the review here are genuinely implementable, and two of ours have been implemented, which changed how seriously subsequent classes took the exercise.
