School Garden Action Research Proposal
by Eric Gonzalez-Payne

Question, context, method, ethics, timeline, analysis plan, and how the findings change practice.
Action research is research done by practitioners to change what they do, which fits a school garden exactly. The proposal format is the real one, simplified only in length.
The page has the full template, section guidance and a review rubric. The ethics section is required, not optional, and the timeline must be achievable within a term. Proposals that could not be completed get sent back, which is closer to reality than a proposal nobody ever has to deliver.
