Biodiversity Restoration Proposal

A degraded patch, a baseline survey, a proposal, a cost, and a way to tell whether it worked.

The monitoring plan is the part that gets skipped and the part that matters. A restoration with no measurement is a hope. The sheet requires a baseline before anything is planted, which forces the survey to come first.

The page has the baseline frame, the proposal template, costing, and a three year monitoring plan. Three years is longer than the students will be in that class, which raises the question of handover and is worth discussing rather than ignoring.
