Traditional Herb Research Organizer
by Eric Gonzalez-Payne

Four source types, one plant. A person, a book, a website, and direct observation.
The organiser forces them side by side, and the disagreements are the finding. Sources contradict each other about uses, preparation and safety, and grade five can notice that without being cynical about it.
The page has the four columns, a claim tracker, and an agreement analysis at the end. It also has a line asking which source they would trust for what, which produces better answers than a general question about reliability. People are trusted for use, books for identification, and observation for what it actually looks like.
