Bali Garden Project Pitch
by Eric Gonzalez-Payne

Three minutes, one proposal, a real decision maker in the room.
The pitch structure is fixed. The problem, the evidence, the proposal, the cost, the ask. Evidence must come from their own data collected on another sheet, which is what stops this being a wish list.
The page has the pitch frame, timing guidance, and a question preparation box. Invite someone who can actually say yes. A pitch to a real person who might fund it produces preparation that no classroom audience ever will, and occasionally produces a funded project.
