Route A

Core pathway

Use this when students need more explicit instruction, tighter pacing, clearer modelling, or a contained record of reasoning.

  • Best for direct teaching and scaffolded practice.
  • Useful when students need method clarity before field application.
  • Still allows movement, stations, and campus tasks.
Route B

Nature pathway

Use this when outdoor evidence, place-based inquiry, or real measurement will deepen understanding and motivation.

  • All sessions stay outdoors or in open-air nature-connected spaces.
  • Weather shifts the space, not the identity of the lesson.
  • Strong for mapping, measurement, data, and ecological maths.
Route C

Blended pathway

Use this when you want the fastest combined flow: start in the field, teach the key maths clearly, then close with evidence, explanation, or redesign.

  • Teach explicitly.
  • Apply, share, and reflect.
